A little about me and my family. I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC (the Queen City as it's nicknamed). I have been married to my hubby Mike for 10 years now. Wow how time flies! And we have a baby girl named Brennan who is almost 17 months old. Yes so technically she is a toddler.....

I am hoping to share some of my health and fitness shenanigans, my candle making journey and thoughts on everyday life! I also like crafts so there will be some of that thrown in also. Our house loves The Carolina Panthers too. Hopefully next year will be better!

Lately I've been on a clean eating kick which I will probably talk a lot about. And I am working out again! Woo hoo! I went for a run this past Saturday and it felt great. It was only a few miles but still it was good to be out in the fresh air with my buddy Tyson. More on him later.
